I love days off... especially in the middle of the week. I can just sit on the couch and watch the world go by.
I also make the best meals on off days... tonight, I think I'll be doing some grilled pizzas. In preparation, I am going to go get a few heads of garlic and roast 'em. Roasted garlic is fabulous stuff, mainly because it's so versatile. In this application, I'll spread it over the crust before layering on sliced provolone and then tomatoes. Good eatin' there, kids. There's a total lunar eclipse tonight too!! wicked! Too bad I left my tripod at work, or I'd set up my video camera to film it.
Well, I'm going to head downstairs and play some golf on the Wii... I recently became addicted to Tiger Woods PGA Tour so I'll probably spend at least an hour flailing around with that.

Lunar eclipse sounds pretty sweet. To bad its expected to be a 'wintry mix' this evening. Either way, precipitation means clouds, which means we probably won't see it. Bugh.
yeah, I didn't know what was in store weather-wise for this evening.
oh well... at least I get to look at the snow (eet's soo preeety!).
